Please read 8K carefully. There is no guarantee that evio will receive $1 from Mass. or Steep Hill (Steephills for the uninformed). There easily could be nothing left on the sheet for them after obligations are accounted for in Mass. and if Steep Hill thinks that the reincarnation of C3 Labs is not working after 90 days they can exchange most of their 49% interest for the cash owed. That’s the way it seems to read.

Not the prettiest of pictures when you take into account the liabilities still hanging around evio’s neck in Oregon. If they can find a way out of that then they might be in position to start over with something between 51% and 90% of the Cali lab.

Then maybe one of two scenarios:

1. Sell short term the 90% lab @ maybe $2Million (probably a rich guess). With approx 100 million outstanding shares = share price cash out value of $.02*

Or

Long term hold that might or might not work out and result in higher share price value. Do you feel lucky?

These are TAR’s rough estimates which should not be considered with any greater weight than y’all put on any of his past forecasts. To that, it should be noted that his misses were always in over-valuing evio.

* selling a 51% interest would make the shares worth only $.01
